Opro Group recently launched a sports goods and equipment ecommerce site targeting schools, colleges, universities and sports clubs.

LAW Creative has been tasked with improving sales through a customer communications strategy including targeted email campaigns and the implementation of an automated marketing platform.

Using LAW Creative’s Automated Marketing Platform (LAW AMP) we have analysed existing customer data, segmented using behavioural targeting and have produced dynamic email templates that will have specific content based on customer preference.

Brand Positioning Project

Following the acquisition of Maru, a well renowned swimwear brand, Opro Group requested LAW Creative to conduct a series of workshops to determine a future brand model for the business. This model would be suitable for both the current product and service offer and sustainable for future growth, either organically or via acquisition and to identify process improvements that needed to be implemented for the resulting recommendations to be delivered.

The Journey of a Mouth Guard

Opro custom-fit mouth guards are a precision, hand-finished item that is completely unique to the wearer. The shear amount of care and attention that goes in to making each mouth guard is a sight to behold. LAW Creative suggested creating a video to show prospective and existing customers the journey of a mouth guard although this one was for a very special customer, Opro’s brand ambassador and England superstar Manu Tuilagi.
