Rank Group operates Grosvenor Casinos (55 casinos) and Mecca (97 bingo clubs). In addition, Rank operates in Spain as Top Rank and Enracha (11 bingo clubs) and in Belgium as Grosvenor Casinos (two casinos).
Internal Communications Project
Rank Group wanted to engage with staff to generate their thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics. LAW Creative was asked to develop an engaging campaign to drive staff engagement. The ‘Help Us to See Things Differently’ campaign ran across all of the casinos and bingo clubs as well as head office and delivered an excellent response.
Reducing Carbon Emissions Project
LAW Creative has developed the 12 x12 Carbon Emissions campaign for the Rank Group, an internal communications campaign aimed at reducing carbon emissions by 12,000 tonnes by the end of 2012.
The campaign focuses on engaging staff through a range of collateral and a central website containing information, statistics and success stories. Crucially, the website also facilitates interaction between the various personnel teams by means of a discussion forum which allows staff to share ideas and successes.
In early 2013 the website underwent a reskin and was charged with a new ongoing focus of reducing carbon emissions through to June 2015 and beyond.
